International Shipping

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders are shipped from Taiwan and typically take 1–3 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and local postal service.

Standard Shipping is delivered by your country's regular postal service once the parcel leaves Taiwan.

Express Shipping is delivered by your country's standard express courier network. While we carefully dispatch every order, delivery after it leaves Taiwan is handled by the destination country's carrier and is outside of our control.

Please note that your order may be subject to VAT, customs duties, tariffs, or other import charges upon arrival in your country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

USA Customers

Taiwan Post has resumed EMS service to the United States, so both Standard Shipping (EMS) and DHL Express are now available.
